Noor graduated from Al Balqaa applied University of Accounting.
Since 2018, she has been working as a senior accountant for MMAG Foundation for Art and Culture in Jordan.
In 2016, when Noor was 23, working with USAID helping assess girls’ schooling needs in a Palestinian refugee camp, she represented Jordan to speak for education in a conference with the presence of Gertrude Mutharika, the first lady of Malawi, Michelle Obama, the first lady of USA.
